ANY contact regarding orders for Beetlebums MUST be made via email (using the contact button provided here on the website). Communication using social media, text messages etc will be ignored. Beetlebums will not reply to emails regarding custom carriers. When you want to make contact regarding an order, the order number MUST be included in the subject title of the email.

The return policy of Beetlebums is as follows -

Contact must be made within one week of receipt of item, contact must be made via email (or 'contact' button through this website).

Once action is decided upon, Beetlebums will require the item to be returned in unused condition, in original packaging. It will be at the discretion of Beetlebums as to whether a postage refund will be issued.

Refunds will only be accepted for faulty goods - not for a change of heart. Size guides are available either in the listing or upon request, use these as your guide as there are no returns available for wrong size.

Refunds or repairs are only available to the first owner of the item in question.

Baby Carrier Policy is as follows -

Return is only upon the discretion of Beetlebums. Warranty for workmanship is for 3 months from purchase. Warranty extends only to the first owner of the product. Warranty will be voided if the washing instructions are not adhered to.

Washing Instructions for Beetlebums Baby Carriers is available at any time, just hit 'contact' and shoot a message through to me.

Cancellation of any order will incur a 15% restocking fee, if payment was made the refund will be minus the 15%. If the item is cancelled before payment is made the charging of 15% will be at the discretion of Beetlebums. Cancelling an order or non payment may result in your account being disabled at Beetlebums.

Puchasing Policy is as follows -

The purchaser must make payment for their items within three hours of checkout. Payment details are provided on the email sent to you after completing checkout. I generally wont contact you prior to your payment and will restock the item without notice if payment isn't made. Please email me when you have made payment if it is via Direct Deposit.

Bidding on an auction and winning the auction legally obliges the purchaser to pay within the specified time as stipulated by the policies of Beetlebums. Always remember that 'dummy bidding' is illegal and any dummy bid made, should it win, will be turned over to the authorities and prosecuted as per Australian law.

Beetlebums reserves the right to refuse any order at any time at the discretion of Beetlebums.
