Full Buckle Wearing Instructions - Baby on your Front

Prepare your carrier - always check the carrier over for safety.

1.Loosen off the shoulder straps at the buckle.
Buckle the waistband onto your natural
waist*. Your natural waist is where the waist
starts to curve out to the hips. Adjust the
waistband buckle as needed. The waistband
needs to be firm against your body - not
tight, just firm enough for your own comfort.

2.Sit baby across your belly with babies legs
splayed. Bring the body of your carrier up
and over her body ensuring that the padded
side edges of the carrier touches the back of
babies knees.

3.Holding the baby with one hand at all
times, bring your shoulder straps over your
shoulders, and cross them at your back.

4.Before you engage the shoulder buckle to the buckles on the body of the carrier,
'bounce' your baby into the carrier by holding the straps
and gently bouncing your body from the knees**.
You will notice baby settle further into the body of the carrier.

5.Engage the shoulder buckle and the body
buckle; adjust the webbing to your own
specification.

6 & 7. Voila!!!! The only thing left to do is enjoy
your snuggling!

Full Buckle Wearing Instructions - Baby on your Back

1. Loosen off the shoulder straps, and
make sure the buckles are engaged.
Buckle the carrier to your waist.
Ensure it is on firm but comfortable!

2.There are many ways to get your baby on
your back - I recommend that you enlist
the help of a friend to start with, and ensure
that they are watching/helping you until you
are comfortable putting your baby on your
back yourself. When you feel ready to learn
how to get your baby on your back yourself,
please search YouTube for videos.

With one hand on your baby AT ALL TIMES,
put one shoulder strap over your shoulder,
ensuring that babies legs are splayed in the
seat of the carrier, and that the edge of the
carrier is resting at the back of your babies
knees.

3.Pull the other strap over your other shoulder,
and 'bounce' your baby in. Check in a mirror
that your baby is deeply into the carrier, and
that baby is safe.

4.Pull the webbing through the buckle so
your carrier is on comfortable and firm.
Remember that baby needs to be comfy too,
so not *too* tight.
You will not be comfortable if your carrier is
on too loosely.

5.Voila! You are ready for adventure!
